 Great little carry-on for a traveller Dec 28, 2007
I was very pleased with both the appearance and the workmanship of this bag. I bought it for my daughter, who spends much of her time travelling for her job. The colorful star pattern is a bit whimsical, but the black background makes it look businesslike. She loved it.

It get a five from me. Cause its good but it would be better if it could hold more then one book at a time it would be top quality.

This messenger bag has everything I looked for...space, durability, simplicity, and dependability. Since I am a full time college student, the factors mentioned previously are obviously important to me...It has a spacious main compartment, two deep pockets on the inside, one huge pocket on the outside, and a shoulder strap that can go pretty low...These features make up one simple, but pretty awesome bag...Dickies hits a home run on this bag!!!

I got this bag for my first year at college and didn't even use it the full year. It looks great, but can't really carry all that much in the bag. I ended up switching to my tried and true jansport backpack at the beginning of second semester due to back pain. I wouldn't recommend this bag at all... definitely stick with a regular backpack.

It is a good bag, and can carry quite a few books, etc., but I won't buy another one because it lasted less than one school year before shredding pretty badly at the seams. The inside lining didn't hold up, either. I know my kids are tough with their backpacks, etc., but expected this would hold up better than it did.
